DSTv is Useless

On the 2nd of December I bought an online package from DSTv Website. It is the DSTv Internet 110GB package. I since cannot get a response or resolution to the order number B2C-P538-312C-A20E_0. How convenient can this be? Money was taken from my account but no one seem to be able to assist. I need either my money back or my device that I paid for together with the sim card!
