DSTV is useless

I think it’s time that they close their doors and call it quits… because they are failing to service the customers. I’m frustrated, it’s difficult to get hold of a consultant for assistance… WhatsApp line is of no help, tried the website but still nothing is materialising, not to even mention their phone does not go through … I’m now stuck with a decorator that is not working .. keeps on showing me errors and I am failing to remove them. 😡
