DSTV is useless and takes advantage of customers through terms and condition clauses
DSTV is useless, this draconian rule of theirs that forbids me to downgrade because i missed to do that on my payment date is ridiculous and takes advantage of clients. Now they are telling me about terms and conditions. If you can upgrade me on any day of the month and prorate my charges then surely you can do the same for a downgrade. Now i am forced to stick with premium which i dont want . this is really an unfair practise .

02 May 2020, 17:34thats all you can do, hide behind your terms and conditions. basic point is it not right to force me to subscribe to a package that i dont want.Dstv is a pay for services that i use, i dont want the use of a premium subscription yet you are forcing me to it.
