DStv is useless

<p>Good day,</p> <p>My name is Annemarie Botha, I would like to lodge a complaint due to the fact that DSTV gives really bad service and their staff is also a very big disappointment.</p> <p>In June 2016 I changed my banking details to my ex-fiancé’s details, we were at DSTV and filled in all the forms necessary in order to change the banking details. Same was accepted, in June 2016 I received an sms requesting payment as payment was never made, Payment are supposed to go off via debit order. I sent the message to my ex-fiancé in order to make payment, however, since then I heard nothing and received no sms from DSTV stating that the account has not been paid since June 2016.</p> <p>This morning I received an sms stating that no payment has been made and payment in the amount of R4 143.10 needs to be made. How on earth can they only send an sms after 6 months. </p> <p> </p>
