Dstv is useless

Either multichoice have gone from bad to worse or their customer agents are sabotaging them. After 3 months of trying to cancel the useless showmax, I find that I have to keep calling them and explaining the same thing. My showmax is canceled as shown in my self-service,but they keep disconnecting my account saying it's because of showmax. I am waiting for my rain sum card so I can finally cancel this **** service.
