DSTV is Useless

My complaint lodged a few days ago remains unresolved. Shocking service from support staff who promised feedback within 24 hours. DSTV subscribers are leaving in droves and there are more than 30000 complaints on Hello Peter. How long does it take to retrieve a recorded telephone conversation? The problem I have is that I will probably be double billed at the end of this month because of incompetence. Well done DSTV, you have become utterly hopeless. As a last resort I will now bombard your CEO with complaints.
