DSTV IS USELESS

I have been with DSTV for over 3 years and have never defaulted on a payment. This year they introduced their competition "Wheel of Happines" - I won a free upgrade in May. Now DSTV is claiming I owe them for the FREE upgrade. My account is now inactive because they say I am in arrears. I am so frustrated especially since I called their service centre and they assured me the error is on their side and it will not affect my viewing. The app tells me a different amount to pay and the website show a completely different amount. It all started with their "FREE" upgrade! DSTV is about to lose A LOT of customers because of their inefficiency, inconsistency and running a competition with false marketing!!!
