DSTV IS USELESS!!!

Dstv is *********** and useless. This is the conclusion I came to after multiple problems with dstv in the past. I have had so many problems with dstv's inability to assist and ********** activities.<br> <br> This is yet another complain about DSTV.<br> <br> My credit card expired which is linked to my mom's dstv account. So I went to the dstv website and logged in. In order to do this I had to cancel the debit order and update the credit card details on payu and setup a new debit order. I then made a once off payment to settle the debit.<br> <br> The following month there is a message on the decoder that the account needs to be paid. I phoned Dstv and the lady there checked everything with me and the debit order was correct, but for some reason Dstv does not deduct from the debit order. The lady then said this will be sent to the debit department to resolve the problem and I do not need to worry.<br> <br> Now there is a message on the decoder that the account is in arreas!! I phoned DSTV and spoke to KHANYISILE. This time around she did not want to assist without me supplying the ID number of the account holder. I told her I can supply other details but do not have the id number, and that I am the one paying the
