Dstv is unreliable

Very bad with no one to listen to you when you need help, i called for reconnection, the assistant asked me to pay manually and promised to cancel the debit order, she did not cancel the debit order as promised, the debited then i reversed, when i reverse they switch off my services.. Now i am struggling to get help, i tried to email, call but no assistance.
