DSTV is unable to add a decoder and to link 2 decorders to extra view.

I’m very disappointed with DSTV employee and DSTV.I was on the phone with Thabiso for 30 minutes this morning 12/08/2021 who could not resolve my issue.DSTV put me on hold and dropped my call .I called DSTV back and spoke to Zakhele who kept me on the line for 1:40 minutes and while HE couldn’t solve my issue he put me on hold for more than 30minutes then later dropped my call.DSTV did not bother to call me back after spending so much money and time on the calls.DSTV live chat and WhatsApp could not resolve my issues as well they referred me to voice calls.I called again this after and the above repeated itself.I was again on the line from 4pm until 6 and still the issue is not resolved.DSTV is unable to add a decoder and to link 2 decorders to extra view.What kind of skill set and hiring matrix does DSTV Multichoice use to hire? I have never came across such *********** people.DSTV took my money now they are not offering the services they promised.I don’t have services that I paid for.
