I complained on this platform and it was a huge help, ALTHOUGH I still haven't been consulted by any DSTV management about their call centre's lack of service delivery. I need to be engaged on why their call agents make promises they don't keep eg, telling me my complaints would be escalated and I'll get a call back. I'm still waiting. The fact that my box office complaints still haven't been resolved for over years is concerning. I hope my issues with DSTV will be resolved by the end of the week.

I received a call and I have to be frank, whoever called me didn't understand my complaint and was seemingly unwilling to help! I am not complaining about my decoder anymore and I need you to understand, someone already helped me with that!!!!, I am confused about how your help lines are unresponsive/make empty promises together with their management and how you guys plan on reimbursing me for all the box offices movies I paid for but couldn't watch because of thus faulty decoder. Put me in communication who will help me with those two problems because you guys ignore these and only talk about the decoder. I am a customer I have a right to engage with people who will explain to me fully what is wrong!!!!!!!!
