DSTV is trash

I bought a explora 2 at Game cresta and I was told I need to buy the one that has installation and that some contractor from dstv will install it for me for free. I was then given numbers by dstv yo call the installations contractors but no contractor is willing to help me since I have the voucher. Can you tell me what I need to do because I have wasted a lot of my airtime calling these freaken contractors of yours who say they only take cash and not vouchers, why do you sell this **** to us knowing very well that no one wants to install with these vouchers of yours? I need someone to come install this dstv tomorrow or I am taking it back. Thank you.
