Dstv is the worst in the industry

Its been 2 weeks and a string of phone calls but yet my dstv exstra view can not be fixed...Cancelled by dstv after updating there systems and telling me that the technicians is busy fixing the problem.The issue was escalated to the technical department on the 13/09/2019.Seems the technichian is coming from another country or something. I would rather cancel my dstv if this is the sort of client service im going to get
