DSTV is the worst in customer service

Hi, i got call from DSTV saying the matter was sorted out but when i check my account now it is still not sorted out . The balance is still incorrect. My balance is supposed to R409.00 but it is showing R574.73. I don't know how much more of this I can endure. I have spent more than R1000 in telephone calls to them including this morning. Each time i complain then someone will call and say don't worry i will sort it out and 7 people later nothing has been done and it is still the same. I am truly disgusted at their poor service. I will not be responsible if my line gets disconnected because my payment date was yesterday but i could not pay because they have not fixed the issue and the wrong amount still shows. The worse part will be if my children are left with no DSTV because of their incompetency.
