Dstv is the worst!!!!!!

The worst service ever! my price lock expired last month, app**** for new one, they offered new decoder, decoder was installed yesterday, since then nothing is working like before. had to re activate streaming, showmax doesnt want to work, i called about 6 times just to het accounrt fixed, nothing is as it is supposed to be. the one agent is worst than the previous one and nobody can get my account sorted. wish i never took out dstv, i asked to be transfered to a supervisor,on the phone for 30 mins then they drop the call. had to called 3 times again today and still not sorted
