DSTV is the worst customer service provider I have ever dealt with.

Dstv service is absolutely abhorrent, they persevere to make contact with them for assistance as difficult as possible. If you manage to get through to an agent after waiting for hours your call will be cut short just for you to start all over again. If you try using their "lets chat" platform you are served by unimaginable incompetence and disdain with referrals to an unmanned inactive mailbox. Needless to say I am appalled.
