DStv is the worst

I haven’t had a DStv account for the last 5 years. Somehow my account was apparently activated in error for someone else as our account numbers are similar and I am now in arrears and have been handed over. I have been debited an excess of 2k on 2 occasions and had to reverse this with my bank, I have incurred charges to block and stop these debits. I am battling with this for the past 5 years now. I have informed NCS and DSTV and logged several complaints but nobody helps, they promise to get back to me but nobody does. I receive SMSs and calls about payment, this is honestly harassment. DStv has confirmed that my account balance is 0.00 and that they will pass over to their finance dept to clear with NCS… it’s been a year now and still no resolve. Can someone competent sort this out.
