DStv is the WORST and their employees don't help at all!

Currently a dstv internet client, I requested a top up from DStv for internet bundles via the DStv app, app stated my top up request was unsuccessful and top up could not be completed, i logged out and in again and tried to top up again only to get the "unsuccessful" request again. I assumed it didn't work as the DStv app stated it my request was unsuccessful only to discover the next day all those unsuccessful attempts updated the next and now I'm billed a ridiculous amount for DStv's technical error and failed system.

Spoke to a consultant and was nicely told there's nothing they can do and I should have a nice day, how should one have a nice day when you're being billed R2509 for 200GBs?! Honestly regret being a dstv customer and would not recommend DStv to ANY ONE...
