DSTV is the worst!

DSTV is money wolves. Although my subs was fully paid and up to date, they, out of the blue, suspended my service. I have to prove my payment, although I am a client for 20+ years. It took me 50 minutes on celfone time and then they have the odassity to tell me it can take up to 24 hours to reconnect the service. Is this customer service or arrogance?
