Dstv is the worst!!!
DSTV is the worst!! I called for a downgrade Friday and spoke to Nthando, the downgrade was done for end of Oct. I wanted the amount I had to pay for Sept since it's a cash payment, I was told not to pay anything for Sept because I had a balance! Monday my Dstv is disconnected!!! After a email on Monday, Nthabiseng called me back today saying it was a mistake I need to pay R398.36 as DSTV is only going to reverse the reconnection fees!!
