Dstv is the worse company ever

Dstv multichoice is the worse ever. I called 4 x already regarding my account. In September 2019 I was over charged and there is no1 that can tell me why. Their managers is forever on lunch. If u ask for a number for complains dept they say they don't have 1. This is so bad I'm so frustrated and the worse is I have a 2 year contract I can't even cancel my subscription.
