DSTV IS THE PITS

I am paying my FULL subs to DSTV every month since their start of business. Every few months they all of a sudden stop the record function. Then it is a cumbersome process (3 or more consecutive consultants later) to reset your service. I feel like a beggar and being bul**** for a service I am paying for every month. A one star rating is way to much. Please let us have an alternative for afrikaans TV. I will join immediately!!
