DSTV is the new SABC

DSTV is a prepaid service. Historically over the many years I've been with them when I go on the road out of town for an extended period I let it lapse - when I come back reconnect and everybody is happy. Then they started calling and wanted a full month's payment - mind you it was switched off on their side - no amount of explaining helped. Or sank in. Then they gave the account to a money grabbing low life company - even worse now - they don't care why and what happened they just want the commission & fee for recovery.

DSTV you are pathetic and turning in to the SABC - no wonder people are leaving in numbers.
