DSTV IS THE ****ING PITS!!!

Good morning ! Can someone please explain to me why the **** I am getting listed for a ****ing account that is not in arrears!

I have had it with DSTV and I am fed up with getting absolutely no response or updates from them. I have send a thousand facebook messages and not once has someone contacted me. I just checked my report (attached) and I have now been listed for a 3rd month in arrears. Do you guys not understand that it is ****ING up my credit score and will take months to get it back to what it was.

How many times must I ask for DSTV to contact Transunion and get them to delist me as this is incorrect information, as per your emails and letter confirmation as well!

I don't have anything else to say, I want this resolved. Failing to get any feedback , I will cancel my subscription , I will take this to matter to social media and I will take this up with the Ombudsman. This is pathetic and it's ****ing ridiculous that a good paying customer has to go through this **** and not getting any results.
