DSTV Is terrible

DSTV is just the worse, they are expensive and their programs are not good either and worse of all they want to rip me off to pay for a service I did not request or used for the past 3 years which they reconnected on their own, when I ask for answers they want me to give them a date and time for something that was resolved months back.
