Dstv is taking me for a ride. Uyandiqhela grand grand!

I am getting tired of dstv milking me dry. I made a payment on 25-05-2019 and today they had cut my services. I contacted them on facebook and Whatsapp, but they are giving me two different amounts stating that i owe them. On whatsapp its R265 but on facebook they are saying i owe R435 What is that!? Really? They say i owe reconnections fees and a bunch of other fees, bare in mind that they stopped sending me messages on my decoder regarding the amount that i owe instead they just want want want. I am tired of their services now hayi. My question is, when i dont get pay for two months..shouldnt i get to pay so that they can reconnect me. Regardless of how many months i skipped before paying. Whats with all the other fees. Im not on price lock moss. Plus the person who is replying on the otherhand on facebook is giving me attitude. I have screenshots to backup my story I AM TIRED of them shame.
