DSTV is *****ing from people

My account is due on the 16th of every month. Now, I paid DSTV on the 15th March 2019. Two days after I paid, my services were cut. When I call DSTV they say I didn't pay. I sent them proof of payment two days ago, still my services are not reconnected. I just want to warn people about these DSTV parasites who just want to collect money from people and don't provide the services we pay for. In January and February I paid using the very same method and on a similar date. Now these parasites must cancel their services and pay me back my money.
