DSTV is *****ing from me

DSTV is overcharging me after I agreed to be on pricelock. I phoned the callcentre several times but they never come back to me. This is really bad service.

Hi Tony, 

We have gone through your account and it is not on Pricelock. Your monthly charge is as follows, R399.00 for DStv Compact and R95.00 for the PVR functions. Totaling to R494.00 per month. 

We have escalated your details to our Pricelock team for assistance.

Kagiso, thanks for coming back to me. I logged complains several times from last year November and everytime they escalate it to pricelock. Nothing get done. I am really not happy at all.

Everything was sorted and they did give me credit. Still customer with Multichoice
