DSTV IS STARTING TO **** PEOPLE

I have 1 decoder and dstv stream which i paid a week ago , to my Suprise it went off withing 2 days after paying , when i call dstv i was told i am owing for another upgrade which was made on my dstv , i never upgraded anything i watch only 1 channel nothing else. after fighting with them they switch on again for 2 days and it is off again. i feel like there is **** going on with dstv and i will never pay for something i did not sign up for .
