Dstv is so bad
I had a bad experience with dstv I paid my subcription on da 1st of October and upgrated on da 4th of October 2day it's da 9th n dey suspended my Acc i hv an error code e16 wen I called dem dey kept me on call untill my airtym run out I dnt knw y dey r nt helping me dats y ppl are leaving dstv it's becoz of der poor service.. Nw I send dem an email dey say dey wil' resolve my issue in 48hrs I mst nt watch TV for 48hrs while I paid it
