DSTV is *****s

I was phoned by a DSTV agent to connect my service for a special price of just over R400 I agreed. The wrong amount was debited of R119 I phoned them and made them aware of the mistake.The agent apologize and i ask her to please give me the full amount for reconnection as well as DSTV plus. She said the total is R510 i agreed that the should debit the amount

I paid the amount and halfway through the month my service was suspended I asked them to refund me and they only refund me with a R170 The last agent i spoke to falsely accused me of reversing the amount of R119 I paid R510 for no service and could of bought groceries with that money. *****S
