DSTV IS SIMPLY USELESS

Last week I registered a complaint about the failure of multichoice to resolve my problem. Lesego Kwapeng contacted me and tried to assist me. She later sent me an email with instructions on what to do. I did exactly as instructed but the problem was not resolved. I sent an email on 28 July 2021 notifying her as such. I have since been waiting for the next move. This was after several attempts to fix this through the chat line. I can't believe this extent of uselessness.
