DSTV IS ****

Im so ****** upset right now, I phoned multichoice call center and spoke to Keshnee, she was so rude and refused to let me speak to her supervisor , my parents are old and asked me to pay their dstv, after paying however the dstv was still not active, so I had to call them and ask why it was not playing, just because iam not the account holder , she did not bother to give us a solution and refused to check if we have paid the correct amount. My sister who is the account holder NP MATHEBULA ********** 90085 , is mentally unstable after suffering with chronic depression and I also wanted to ask if they can help us change her as the account holder, she did not bother to listen!!!!!! I have never been treated this bad in my whole life
