DSTV IS SELLING FALSE ADVERTISING

very poor service i am on access package channel 300 for kids is not playing but online package it is there so they put false advertising and ripping their customers, course theydont hour their services. i spoke with one of their call center they said that the channel is discontinued but online they are selling it,so it doesn't make sencet they have to put channel util they remove it online during this difficult times of covid 19 we are trying to entertain kids even if we cant afford it we try but we being ****med and what is the reason of removing kids channel 300 under access . what was it there in the first place be course it is part of access channels so now be course it is lockdown they remove the channel so that they can benefit more you have to move upp to farmily or premium to view this channel its a **** you cant sell something on that year or period and change it before time course the they increase their price every year but remove their channels at anytime that is ******** people of South Africa and we dont know our writes on the services that we suppose to get,it is only them who have the writes which is rong when coming to business practice very disappointing and they are very unprofessional sis maan
