DStv is ******** people with their rewards program

I claimed DStv rewards in April which offers to upgradee from DStv family package to the compact package for free, for the past 2 months I've been paying my bill on time , on the 7th my services where suspended,I don't know why.i called the call center. The 1sf agent dropped me , I then called again and spoke to Mbali who put me on hold and then diverted my call back to the queue. I contacted your Twitter agents who have been sending me pillar to post asking me to email proof of payment and screenshots of the rewards I claimed. I did all of that but still my services are suspended.

The rewards cleared stated that I don't need to downgrade my services will go back to normal once my offer expires. However my bill shows that I am currently owing 122 which has changed more than 5 times in the past 3 day's coming from 300.

I feel ****med,it's as if you guys don't know what you'll are doing. I have payed yet I'm suspended and no one is given me a clear explanation of what is going on. I need my family package up and running ASAP and I have mad my payment on time . Dstv please stop messing around with our money , if you are failing to provide us with services quit and give other companies a change because honestly this is nonsense.
