i Paid my account month end amount of R539.52, today my account was was suspended, got a msg that i must pay R232.71 which i did, called the call center to find out what is this money for? The first agent hang up the line for me, i called again and the agent advise that i have 2 accounts DSTV family account and Compact, i advise the agent that i only have compact never heard of family package, agent advised me she is escalating the matter to the superior and they are investigating, i was on the call for 37:11 sec then they decided to drop the call, i am extremely irate and i will take it up, luckily i have recorded the call. Now i see why people are streaming and avoiding these crazy prizes for DSTV, even management cannot explain what is happening on my account. DSTV is a ****, how can i be on a package that i don't know and i never took
