Dstv is ****!!

I see I'm not the only one lodging a complaint on dstv today. So it's seems like a number of us are being ****med. Here's my story, last week Thursday I checked my outstanding balance I was supposed to pay R441 cause I'm on compact package. I paid R250 the very same day which is Thursday and today I paid 192 which amounts to R442. I was then told that I'm still owing 136 I couldn't understand how exactly, now I checked I'm owing R190. What's really happening with all these charges??
