DSTv is run worse than a ****a shop

DSTv is a run like a ****a shop! Customer service means we don’t care how much you are inconvenienced, we can’t be bothered so long as we paying so called customers. There is no service and waiting times are longer than trying to see a specialist doctor. Shameful disregard of anything to do with providing an efficient service!
