DSTV is *******

The customer service at DSTV is absolutely pathetic. I have tried for the past 6 days to get my payment allocated to my account and have had no luck! The staff I dealt with constantly made empty promises, promising to get management to contact me back or to assist in the matter however placed me on hold for hours. Specifically Sandra, Bianca, Pumlisa as well as the manager Cumisa who made endless promises but seems to have had no intention of helping. They didn't allow me to cancel my subscription and I have no access to a service I have paid for.

The initial payment was made on the DSTV website via my card but it seems that the bunch of illiterates working at the company don't understand how the process works and could not "allocate" the payment. The matter was escalated numerous times and nothing was done about it. The customer service is absolutely horrifying and I would much rather cancel my subscription than have to deal with the useless staff at DSTV/Multichoice.
