DSTV is robbing us!!

I have taken a pricelock package where I pay R549 every month. This month when I checked my balance war R578. I do not know why it was that amount. Come debit day, they debit R638 of which I did not have in my account and my bank hs charged me an honoring fee. I tried calling them, a consultant told me he will give my details to the finance team and they would call me back. It's been a week and I have not been called.
