Dstv is robbing me. They're refusing to refund me!

I paid for viewing using capitec, however the dstv was still disconnected. I paid again via website and it was connected. Upon calling about the refund I was told to provide proof of payment and later was told that they don't have my bank account details. I sent the details. The lady who assisted me ask if I was the account holder. I told them that I wasn't. Then she said they can't refund me.

I have been paying for dstv 7 months, and now I'm told that I can't be refunded. That's so unfair and selfish dstv!!
