Dstv is robbing me n say dat it's a bit of bad luck

I changed my subscription about 4 / 5 months ago from extra view to single view but I have been paying r500 a month for Dstv family on single view when I phoned the call center dey say dat dey 4got to make da change to my subscription Soo it's a bit of bad luck dat i have been paying r500 it's sad coz im a loyal customer dat as been paying double for da past 4 to 5 months
