DSTv is robbing clients, cancel it

I have contract with DStv and I'm supposed to pay R500, but for the past 3 months they have been deducting R754, when i call Multi choice they told me that i have subscribed to Netflix which I don't even have. i told multi choice that i don't have Netflix but I'm paying it and they told me that they will request cancelation. now it has been 3 months this issue is not resolved. i spoke to Cindy Ntsanga from Multi choice and she gave me number *** for Netflix and from Netflix side i don't have account, they confirmed that.
