DSTV IS RIPPING US OFF!!!!!!

So my services have been cut for the second time this month when I call the call center am told it's due to non payment. I make payment every month and I ask what's different this month i am being told i owe money for showmax a service i never activated and don't even use. What ******* is this am being told i need to pay for a service that i did not activate or even use for that matter. Your service is very disappointing.
