DSTV is really ****
I have been making about 12 calls since 28th September and still have not received my refund. DSTV deducted R987 from my bank account and I cancelled my services more than a year ago. What a muck up from DSTV.
I even emailed Dhiren Maharaj on 28th October and still received no responses.
This is the worst service ever. DSTV *****s money...Not one consultant that dealt with me actually helped me. They all appear to know what is going one over the phone, each time escalating to the finance department but no one has ever called me back to actually assist me.
I'm so ****ed off.
