Dstv is pathetic with no customer service or competent staff

Not even one star is worthy of dstv, being a customer for almost 20 years means nothing, call center us just useless , you wait for a team leader for 20+ min then they drop the call, when you do get through they promise to call back but nothing, then you use Facebook to complain and when logic defeats them they block you! IMAGINE A COMPANY BLOCKING ITS CUSTOMER PATHETIC, even them email for complaints they called and it was loadshedding I mailed them to call back but as usual nothing happens, they use the excuse that they 'tried to call' but no missed calls.PATHETIC SERVICE STAY AWAY RATHER USE STREAMING FROM COMPETENT COMPANIES
