Dstv is pathetic

My package increased from R612 to R2059.67. When I call dstv for help they tell me to cancel decoders I have under my name. When I do, new month arrives and old decoders are back in my name. My service has been disconnected and Im suppose to pay over R2000 for one decoder I have at my house. Been calling multi choise every month since I bought this explora with no help. Totally Pathetic dstv
