DSTV is pathetic

Absolutely disgusting service received from Dstv. They have been billing me for Netflix that I did not activate. Despite repeated attempts to have this resolved I still got billed for 3 months of Netflix. The customer service staff have no clue what they doing. Dstv has still not refunded my money, they claim that they have to contact Netflix for refund, yet they are tye ones that deducted the money. Can someone please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue with Dstv.
