DSTV IS PATHETIC!!

DSTV,

My mom is 90.

Every month we sit on our cellphones for hours to have ot switched on.

Today I spoke to 3 different agents for 2 hours before it worked.

ALSO, the Xtra view was cancelled 28st June 2019 but you still charged my mom those charges!

PLEASE REVERSE ALL CHARGES AND REFUND HER FROM 28st JUNE 2019.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!

SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY!!

EVERYTIME WE PHONE THE XTRA VIEW IS STILL ON!!

THE AGENTS ARE PATHETIC!!
