Dstv is pathetic

Pathetic!!!!!I've downloaded the dstv app to stream. And paid R699. You took my money!!!!On the 2nd of November and till now I can't watch dstv. Why took my money then? I'm banking with tymebank so it does not give me the option to send proof of payment!!!!I've took screen shots from my qcount and send it send you proof its my bank acount and that you took my money no man DSTV sort this *** out!! Really this is getting ridiculous now!!!!! Tymebank does not even give statements for November now only on the end of November. And it does not have option for proof of payment. But I've send *****nshots everything to them with proof of them taking my money
